This Cookie Policy explains how Fitpa B.V., trading as Conciairge ("Conciairge", "we", "us", "our"), uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website and within the Conciairge platform (together, the "Service"). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains more broadly how we handle personal data.
This Policy applies to visitors of our website and to Users of the Platform, including private individual landlords and property investors, as well as Users acting on behalf of an organizational Customer.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website or use a web application. They allow a service to recognize your device, remember your preferences and actions over time, and support core functionality such as staying logged in. We also use similar technologies, such as local storage and pixel tags, which we refer to collectively as "cookies" in this Policy.
Essential cookies. Necessary for the Platform to function and cannot be switched off. These support:
• Authentication and keeping you signed in;
• Session management, including maintaining state as you navigate between the Inbox, Portfolio, and Rental Income views;
• Security, including protection against cross-site request forgery and other attacks; and
• Remembering your interface preferences (e.g., language, sidebar state).
Essential cookies are set on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a functioning and secure Platform, and do not require consent.
Analytics cookies. Help us understand how our website and Platform are used, using tools such as Google Analytics and PostHog. These cookies collect information such as pages visited, time spent, and general usage patterns, typically in aggregated or pseudonymized form.
Product analytics cookies. Help us understand feature usage, in-Platform user behaviour, and performance monitoring (for example, how Users interact with Approval flows, which Agents are used most, and where errors or slow load times occur), so that we can improve reliability and product design.
Marketing cookies. Not currently active on our website or Platform. We may in the future introduce marketing or advertising cookies, potentially including LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel, to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and show relevant content to prospective customers. If and when we activate such cookies, we will update this Policy and request your consent where required by applicable law before any such cookies are set.
• To provide and secure the Service, including keeping you logged in and protecting your Account;
• To remember your preferences and configuration choices;
• To understand how our website and Platform are used, so we can identify issues and improve the product;
• To measure the performance and reliability of AI-driven features; and
• In the future, and subject to consent where required, to measure marketing effectiveness.
Some cookies are set by third-party service providers acting on our behalf or embedded within our website or Platform, including:
• Google Analytics (analytics);
• PostHog (product analytics);
• In the future, potentially: LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel (marketing, not currently active).
These third parties may process information collected via cookies in accordance with their own privacy and cookie policies. Where such providers act as sub-processors with respect to personal data, they are subject to the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.
• Session cookies (e.g., certain authentication cookies) are deleted automatically when you close your browser.
• Persistent cookies (e.g., "remember me" and most analytics cookies) remain on your device for a set period, typically ranging from 30 days up to 24 months, depending on their purpose, after which they expire or are refreshed upon your next visit.
• Specific retention periods for individual cookies can be provided upon request at legal@conciairge.nl.
Where consent is required (currently, this does not apply to essential cookies, which are necessary for the Service to function), you can manage your preferences through the cookie banner or preference center presented when you first visit our website. You may withdraw or change your consent at any time through the same mechanism.
Please note that disabling non-essential cookies may affect certain website functionality but will not affect your ability to use the core Conciairge Platform if you access it as a logged-in Customer or User.
In addition to the preference controls we provide, most browsers allow you to manage cookies through their settings, including blocking or deleting cookies. Because essential cookies are required for the Platform to function, blocking them may prevent you from logging in or using core features. Guidance for managing cookies is generally available in the help section of your browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, including to reflect new cookies, technologies, or legal requirements — for example, if we activate marketing cookies as described in Section 3. We will post the updated Policy on our website with a revised effective date, and where required by applicable law, we will seek your consent before activating any new non-essential cookies.
